Shimano XTR SL-M9100-R 11/12-speed

The versatile Shimano XTR SL-M9100 right hand gear shifter can be run with either an 11 or 12 speed rear derailleur and cassette using a set screw on the underside of the shifter. This light-touch shifter now operates with 35% less force than its predecessor and features the proven Rapidfire Plus switching logic with double-sided switchable lever (2-way release) from the previous version. The XTR SL-M9100 gear lever shifts 20% faster due to a revised interior, allowing you to select the appropriate quickly and more efficiently than ever before.
